Booking & Payment Policies

A non-refundable booking retainer of 50% is required to reserve your event date. This payment secures your date on our calendar and allows us to begin planning, sourcing, and preparing for your event.
Your event date is not officially reserved until the required retainer has been received and confirmed. Quotes do not guarantee availability until payment has been submitted.
The booking retainer will be applied toward your total event balance.

Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise stated in your quote or invoice.
If the final payment is not received by the due date, services may be delayed, modified, or canceled. No setup, delivery, or installation will take place until the balance has been paid in full.

All booking retainers are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellations made after materials, supplies, rentals, or custom items have been purchased may incur additional charges.
Payments made beyond the booking retainer may be refundable at the discretion of the business, depending on the timing of the cancellation and whether preparation, labor, materials, or custom work have already been completed.

We understand that event plans may change. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.
If your new event date is available, your booking retainer may be transferred to the new date one time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a revised quote if the event details, location, design, or setup needs change.
Rescheduling requests made with short notice may be subject to additional fees, especially if materials have already been purchased or staff have already been scheduled.

Outdoor setups are accepted at the client’s discretion and are subject to weather conditions.
Please note that balloons, backdrops, props, and décor may be affected by heat, direct sunlight, wind, rain, humidity, uneven surfaces, or other outdoor conditions. While we take care to install décor as securely as possible, we cannot guarantee the performance or longevity of outdoor décor once setup is complete.
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to modify, move, delay, or decline outdoor setup if weather or site conditions are unsafe. This includes, but is not limited to, high winds, rain, storms, extreme heat, unstable surfaces, or lack of proper shelter.
Clients are encouraged to have an indoor backup location for outdoor events.

Any rental items, stands, props, backdrops, frames, specialty décor, or equipment provided for the event must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered or installed.
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or missing items that occur during the rental period. Replacement or repair fees may be charged for damaged or missing rental items.
Décor should not be moved, altered, removed, or broken down by the client, guests, venue staff, or other vendors unless approved in advance.

Delivery, setup, and pickup fees may apply based on event location, distance, setup complexity, venue access, parking, stairs, elevator access, installation requirements, and pickup timing.
These fees will be included in your quote whenever possible. Additional fees may apply if event details change after the original quote is approved.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue allows enough time and access for setup and breakdown.

The client is responsible for confirming venue access times before the event.
If we arrive at the scheduled setup time and are unable to access the venue or setup area, additional wait-time or late-access fees may apply.
Delays caused by venue restrictions, locked doors, unavailable staff, limited access, incorrect setup information, or other vendors may result in additional charges. Significant delays may also require modifications to the setup based on the remaining time available.
To avoid delays, please confirm setup location, venue contact information, parking instructions, loading access, and setup time before the event date.
